If I were asked for a Chinese portrait, I could give the words \"well-being\", \"sensitivity\" and \"trust\". Each of them represents me but they are not the only ones.<\/span><\/p>

Well-being<\/b> is my way of life, my profession. The basis of what makes me up, because my wish is to sow well-being around me.<\/p>

La <\/span>sensibilit\u00e9<\/b>, c\u2019est la mienne, celle qui me permet de guider mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves avec douceur et empathie. La douleur ne fait pas partie de ma pratique, dans le yoga comme dans mon m\u00e9tier de masseuse, le but de mon approche est de se faire du bien, de se lib\u00e9rer des tensions et des toxines et non de repartir bless\u00e9. C\u2019est pourquoi, je travaille avec justesse et de mani\u00e8re appliqu\u00e9e sur chaque soin \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, Massage, cours de Yoga ou s\u00e9ance de Breathwork, afin que ce soit une exp\u00e9rience unique et positive.<\/span><\/p>

La <\/span>confiance<\/b>, celle en l\u2019univers qui m\u2019\u00e9coute chaque jour, mais aussi la confiance en vous que je vous aide \u00e0 (re)trouver. I exercise with my heart and I have never been reluctant to give everything to achieve my dream: when well-being became obvious to me, I left everything to throw myself 100%, and, without regret, I left my old job, left my country and said \u201csee you soon\u201d to my relatives, to get started. <\/span><\/p>\n

Yogini<\/b><\/a><\/span>, I found in the practice of yoga a balance that I lacked until then. That's why I chose to teach asanas: it's a good way to work on your confidence, to become aware of your body, your movements and to take care of yourself. And well-being <\/span>masseuse<\/span><\/a><\/b> who feels the tensions at her fingertips and works to release them. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sophrologist<\/a><\/b><\/span>, I help you calm your mind and become aware of it. Often the body reacts to the calls of the mind: those that we do not want to hear. So I work with you on your blockages, conscious or not, to free yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n
